Marcelo Marcos

Marcelo is a real estate developer who received his Master of Architecture from the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) and a Bachelor of Architecture from the Tecnológico de Monterrey (ITESM). He also studied Construction Project Management at New York University (NYU).

He has lived in Canada, Australia, Spain, the United States, and Mexico, gaining a global perspective on culture, architecture, real estate, and design. He is the founder of HG Inmobiliaria Tipi, a real estate development company in Mexico. Tipi has more than 10 years in the field of industrial, commercial, mixed use and residential developments.

He has won contests, such as the American Composite Manufacturers Challenge ACMA  in 2016. In addition, he is a property manager, with around one hundred properties in his company's portfolio.
